Rachel Ferrance


Rachel Ferrance is the Chairwoman of the Pennsylvania Federation of College Republicans. In addition, she is a member of the College Republicans at Shippensburg University and interned for Congressman Scott Perry’s campaign in the summer of 2018. Rachel previously served as the Federation’s Co-Chairwoman as well as a Communications Team Member and the Political Director. She was raised in Luzerne County and currently studies public administration at Shippensburg University. She and the rest of the PAFCR team will work tirelessly to spread the Republican beliefs across every campus in Pennsylvania.

Manny Jones


Manny Jones is a junior at Westchester University where he transferred from Bucks County Community College in fall of 2019. Manny was born and raised in Bensalem in Lower Bucks County PA. Manny has been involved since 2016 in Republican politics since 2016 as an intern on the Brian Fitzpatrick campaign. In 2017, he founded and was President of the Moravian College Republicans for a year. In 2018, he went back home to Lower Bucks County to be a field director for Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick’s successful re-election campaign. Manny previously served as political director for PAFCR and cannot wait to expand PAFCR’s political and grassroots operations.

Karly Matthews 


Karly is a senior at Temple University in Philadelphia where she studies journalism, political science, and Spanish. She has worked with PAFCR since her freshman year when she joined as a communications team member. Since then, she has served as Deputy Communications Director, Communications Director and Secretary. Outside of PAFCR, she is involved with Future Female Leader, Network of Enlightened Women, and American Conservation Coalition (ACC). She interned for PA State Representative Martina White (R-170) for a semester in 2017 and Congressman Scott Perry (R-PA) in the summer of 2018. She also worked on Rep. White’s successful reelection campaign also in 2018. On campus, she is involved with Temple University Television and is part of the university’s honors program. Karly looks forward to spending her final year of college as Vice-Chairwoman of PAFCR.

Carly Tomaine


Carly is a senior at Misericordia University, studying government, law, and national security. She served as the Federation’s Outreach Director, establishing seven new chapters. She also served as the President of the College Republicans of Misericordia University. Her involvement in politics began in 2016, where she interned with the Donald J. Trump for President Campaign. She then worked for several other races before she began the Republican Leadership Initiative Fellowship Program with the PAGOP, where she spent time door knocking through NEPA, recruiting volunteers, and spreading the message of the Republican Party throughout Pennsylvania. Carly worked as the Grassroots Coordinator for the Dan Meuser for Congress Campaign in spring of 2018. She is also the current Lackawanna County Young Republicans, Vice Chairwoman. This past summer, Carly interned on Capitol Hill. She most recently worked as the Luzerne County Field Organizer for the 2018 election cycle. Carly is looking forward to bringing all her skills to PAFCR, and use them to not only grow the College Republicans all throughout the Commonwealth, but to help elect more Republicans to the great state of Pennsylvania.

Nicolle Hughes 


Nicolle Hughes is a senior at Villanova University, where she is majoring in accounting and finance with a minor in Spanish. Last school year, she served as President of Villanova College Republicans, as well as Treasurer of PAFCR. Aside from being part of College Republicans, she also is a member of Alpha Phi Omega, as well as serving on the Advisory Board for the VSB Mentor Program. She has had a fascination with the world of politics, which was founded at a young age by a passion for Republican values. She looks forward to serving PAFCR with essential communication and teamwork skills, both of which will help the organization flourish in the future.

Olivia DeMarco

Executive Director

Olivia is a junior political science major at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She has interned for Senator Pat Toomey, the Congressional Leadership Fund, and the Pearl Kim campaign. Additionally, she worked as a Neighborhood Team Leader for the PAGOP during the summer leading up to the 2018 midterm elections. She has been an active member of the Temple College Republicans since her first semester at Temple and had the pleasure of serving as Executive Director for the club during the 2018-2019 school year. She’s looking forward to working with her fellow College Republicans to promote the conservative cause on campus and throughout the state!

Christopher Smith

Political Director

Chris Smith is a senior at Temple University majoring in political science. At Temple, Chris serves as the chairman of the Temple College Republicans and has been heavily involved with the organization since he enrolled at Temple. With the Temple College Republicans, Chris worked with the Brian Fitzpatrick campaign as well as the Montgomery and Delaware county GOP to canvass during the 2018 election cycle. Formerly, Chris was an intern with the Congressional Leadership Fund and he looks forward to spreading conservative values across Pennsylvania, and advance Republican efforts leading up to 2020.

John Koons

Outreach Director

John Koons is a graduate of Elizabethtown College where he studied political science, and is continuing his education at E-town by completing their graduate program in public policy. John previously served PAFCR as Deputy Outreach Director and Northwest Regional Director. During the midterm election, he worked as a Field Organizer with the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, where he coordinated many of the efforts in Dauphin county. John is looking forward to working with college campuses throughout the Commonwealth to spread Republican beliefs and values.

Quinn McCluskey

Deputy Outreach Director

Quinn McCluskey is a junior at East Stroudsburg University where she is majoring in computer security and science with a minor in mathematics. She is currently the president of ESU’s College Republicans chapter. For the 2018 midterm election, she volunteered for the John Chrin for Congress campaign and the Pennsylvania GOP. Outside of politics, she is a member of the ESU Women’s Tennis Team and Phi Eta Sigma Honors Fraternity. Quinn is looking forward to helping and working with all the chapters across the state and creating new ones in the process.

Alex Groff

Deputy Outreach Director

Alex is a junior at Penn State Harrisburg majoring in political science with a minor in criminal justice. During the 2018 midterm elections, Alex interned with PAGOP in the Dauphin County office organizing grassroots efforts primarily focusing on Congressman Scott Perry’s campaign. After the midterms, Alex joined the PAFCR family with the communications team and most recently was appointed as one of the Deputy Outreach Directors for the following term.

Rebecca Miller

Communications Director

Rebecca Miller is a sophomore at Temple University where she is majoring in political science. She joined Temple College Republicans as a freshman, and later became involved with PAFCR, serving as a communications team member. During the 2018 election cycle, Rebecca was able to volunteer for Brian’s Fitzpatrick’s congressional campaign. On campus, Rebecca is involved in Temple’s Political Science Society, writes for Temple Odyssey, and plays on Temple’s club tennis team. She is looking forward to helping PAFCR prosper and grow, as well as spreading conservative values on campus and throughout Pennsylvania.

Joseph Weisberg

Deputy Communications Director

Joe Weisberg is a junior history and Spanish major at Haverford College. Joe is the co-chair of the Haverford College Republicans. In the summer of 2018, he interned in Washington, D.C. for Senator Marco Rubio. Upon returning to Pennsylvania, Joe contributed to the successful re-election campaign of Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01). Outside of politics, he plays lacrosse at Haverford and has spent the last two years working as research assistant on projects related to Quakers in the 1930s and 1940s.

Cameron King

Finance Director

Cameron King is a senior at California University of Pennsylvania, studying both public relations and political science. He served as the Chairman of Cal U’s College Republican chapter in both 2018 and 2019 and grew the chapter to become the largest and loudest political organization on campus. Cameron later became the Southwest Regional Director for PAFCR in 2018, and at home, Cameron has also been very active with the Republican Party of Washington County and campaigns in the surrounding area. As campaign manager, he helped secure a second-term victory for PA Rep. Bud Cook in 2018 and has also worked alongside the likes of Former Rep. Rick Saccone in the PA-18 special election as a volunteer, as well as dozens of other campaigns in Washington, Allegheny, Fayette, Westmoreland, and Greene counties. As a resident of southwestern Pennsylvania, Cameron believes strongly in continued efforts to expand the voices of College Republicans statewide, and that by amplifying the voices of students at schools big and small, PAFCR will continue to prosper.

Joseph Luongo

Southeast Regional Director

Joseph Luongo is a junior political science and economics major at Villanova University. At Villanova, he previously served as the director of the Grassroots Committee for the College Republicans and is currently serving as president of the chapter.  He has also worked as an assistant field director for the Montgomery County Republican Committee, where he organized get-out-the-vote efforts and other door-to-door canvassing operations for various State House and Senate Republicans during the 2018 midterm elections. In summer of 2019, Joseph will work as an intern for Congressman Lee Zeldin (NY-01) in his district office.

Chloe Chappell

Southwest Regional Director

Chloe Chappell is a junior political science and psychology major at the University of Pittsburgh. At Pitt, she is currently serving as the Vice President for the College Republicans chapter on campus. On campus, she is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Pitt Political Science Student Association. She is currently serving as an intern at Wellington Strategies, LLC and also interned with the Pennsylvania Republican Party during the 2018 election cycle. Chloe is looking forward to being part of the PAFCR team and helping to grow and unite the CR chapters in Southwestern PA.

Destiny George

Northeast Regional Director

Destiny is a junior political science and sociology law & society concentration at Moravian College. At Moravian, she currently serves as the Political Director for the College Republicans chapter. On campus, she is a member of Phi Eta Sigma and the Moravian Women’s Tennis Team.  In 2018, she interned with Scott Wagner for Governor and volunteered with Marty Nothstein for Congress. In summer of 2019, she is interning with the Pennsylvania GOP. Destiny is looking forward to being part of the PAFCR team and helping to grow and unite the CR chapters in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Bailey Rollage

Northwestern Regional Director

Bailey Rollage is a junior political science major at Penn State Behrend although he is originally from Pittsburgh. He serves as the chief of staff for the student government for the school year. As well, he is the president of the Interfraternity Council, director of recruitment for Sigma Tau Gamma The fraternity, and a squad leader in ROTC. Bailey is punctual, loves to get results and enjoys debating politics. Bailey has been in love with politics since junior year of high school and has been involved in local and state politics ever since.
